In the current information age it is easy to become overwhelmed with the guidelines we receive about food and exercise. One day something is good for you, the next day it’s bad. As a Certified Health Coach and nutrition counselor, I have studied all the major dietary theories and learned that no diet plan is the perfect answer. Food and nutritional health is a process of exploration that can take you on a fun and exciting ride. Your lifestyle and your relationship with food play a critical role in any dietary and fitness goals. I don’t believe in dwelling on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods. I work with groups and individuals to create a happy, healthy relationship with food & fitness in a way that is flexible, fun and great for people with very little free time.
